The name

The name refers to Sant’Antioco Island and to the South Western coastal areas of Sardinia, which in the past had been important Phoenician colonies, where currently the Vermentino vineyards are cultivated to produce the white wines of the company.

Food pairing notes

Colour: straw-yellow.
Nose: on the nose has a particularly fi ne bouquet, fl oral and fruity with notes of white peach and elderfl ower.
Palate: ample and velvety, with a good balance between fruity aromas and freshness. Finish with minerals echoes.
